We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced commercial team.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department and for tracking and monitoring activities within the department.

The Administration Assistant must demonstrate previous experience of working within a busy office environment and must have excellent organisational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to the Head of Industrial and Commercial
  • Assisting with tracking and monitoring activities within the department
  • Responding to emails

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an office environment in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using MS Office, including working with Excel
  • Able to work from own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Jigh degree of attention to detail
