The role is based in our Blairgowrie offices but we will consider the possibility of home working, which will be reviewed should there be a return to "normality" following the current situation.
Employees working remotely will be required to attend training in Blairgowrie from time-to-time.

Our head office is based in Blairgowrie, Perthshire, within easy commuting distance of both Perth and Dundee.
Our busy Customer Service Centre is open between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and our full-time Customer Service Advisors work a rotational shift pattern to cover these times.
Managing customer communications is the chief responsibility of the Customer Service Advisor, interacting directly with potential, new, existing, and former customers. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for addressing customer needs, ensuring they have a good experience, answering queries, resolving problems, and, where necessary, escalating issues to other departments or to management.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deal with customer queries through various means of contact including telephone, email and webchat. You will undertake an in-depth training programme which will equip you with the relevant skills and knowledge required to ensure you are able to deliver an excellent level of service to our business customers.
The Customer Service Advisor must demonstrate active listening, empathy, problem solving skills, and strong communication skills.
Salary £17,000 - £21,000 (DOE)
