You will be key to driving the digital transformation and ensuring delivery of an exceptional end to end digital experience for our customers. Working with internal teams and external resources which range from the content, IT, UX, marketing, and digital agencies to deliver projects and digital campaigns. The ability to communicate effectively with front-end and back-end coding languages, also experience with data and development projects is essential. Knowledge of all things digital is needed within this role as the website, self-service portal, analytics, and customer journey sit within this role.
