Castle Water has an exciting opportunity for Operations Support Roles to be part of a busy and expanding team.

This represents an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the United Kingdom. The hours of work on offer are full-time or part time Monday to Friday between 5pm and 1am.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, and customers moving premises
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the organisation’s billing system
  • Build and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of the customer journey
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs quickly, efficiently and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance
  • Build and maintain knowledge of regulatory and company standards

Key Skills & Experience

  • Attention to detail
  • Evidence of academic attainment in core areas, including maths and English
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in order to interact with team members and customers
  • Relevant technical skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications/programs
  • Analytical abilities in order to evaluate information
