Castle Water is interested in recruiting a number of Wholesale Operations Specialists to work in the back-office Wholesale Team.

We work with both data and regulatory documents to unravel more complex cases to ensure the right outcome for our customers.

The position requires people who can delve into Market Codes, unpick complex cases, and deep dive into desk analysis. If you like problem solving, have excellent attention to detail and are enthused by investigative work, then a role within our Wholesale team could be for you.

  • The applicant should work well both on their own and as part of a team; cases will require them to work autonomously; but they should also have the ability to communicate the more complex cases effectively to the wider team
  • Someone who can take an organised, methodical approach to get to the root of a complex issue
  • Someone who is enthusiastic about learning and self-development
  • Experience of and an ability to prepare professional documentation would be desirable
  • Ability to delve into the industry ‘rule book’ (Market Codes) to get the best result for our customers
