More customers are also making use of Castle Water’s range of digital services, for example by paying their bills or updating their details online.
Our lines are open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday but, if you wish to avoid the risk of a short delay, calls are busiest between 10am and 11:30am, and between 2pm and 3.30pm each day, with a peak of activity on Monday each week. Customers may also prefer to contact us online or by webchat during these busier times of the day.
