Statement of account is now on the customer portal

Castle Water customers can now find their Statement of Account on the customer portal.

The helpful new feature means that customers can now log-in to the portal to view their Statement of Account and see all account transactions.

The release follows a streak of recent updates to the portal and is part of Castle Water’s commitment to expand its online self-service options to give customers more ways to manage their account online and avoid call waiting times.

Thousands of Castle Water customers are already using the online portal to manage their accounts online, and it is just one of the many reasons that Castle Water has more 5-star Trustpilot reviews than all other water retailers combined.
