I have been with Castle Water for five years and have previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor in the Portsmouth-Area Team and also as a Recoveries Advisor in the Legal Team. Last week I moved to the Operational Support Evening Team where I am processing Move-In and Move-Out forms to ensure our customers receive an accurate final invoice. We always check that meter reads are correct and that there are no anomalies on the account ensuring a quick, smooth transaction.
