Tell us about your role at Castle Water

I have been with Castle Water for five years and have previously worked as a Customer Service Advisor in the Portsmouth-Area Team and also as a Recoveries Advisor in the Legal Team. Last week I moved to the Operational Support Evening Team where I am processing Move-In and Move-Out forms to ensure our customers receive an accurate final invoice. We always check that meter reads are correct and that there are no anomalies on the account ensuring a quick, smooth transaction.

What are the key benefits of combining water and wastewater bills for customers?

Combining your water and wastewater services will simplify your billing. The customer will receive one easy-to-understand bill from one supplier and only have to make one payment.

What should Castle Water customers do in an emergency situation, where they experience an unplanned disruption to their water supply?

Customers should contact us immediately to let us know the situation and we will be able to contact the wholesaler who can investigate the matter as quickly as possible. If you need to contact us to report an emergency, you can call us on 01250 718700, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Outside our normal working hours, you can contact your wholesaler directly.
