First up is MyAccount*. MyAccount has everything you need to stay in control of your account, all in one place. With MyAccount, you can view and download your bill, check your account balance, submit meter readings, tell us you’re moving premises, update your details, access a full range of FAQs and find your meter location. Even if you have multiple Castle Water accounts, you can view them all – meters, bills, addresses – right within MyAccount.
