Customer Service Advisor

With previous experience of delivering excellent customer service and managing customer relationships, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be answering calls to assess their needs quickly and efficiently to find the right solution. You will have strong communication skills, a high level of numeracy and the ability to capture and handle data accurately.

Administration Assistant

With previous experience in an office environment you will be maintaining customer records and managing payments, completing contractor work request forms and providing service updates. You will have a high level of numeracy, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer

With a strong administrative background and previous experience of working in a commercial environment, you will support the Finance team, who prepare financial data and business cases using various systems such as SAGE, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word. You will have strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritise your own workload and have experience of working within a team and using your own initiative.

Sales Administrator

With previous experience working within an office environment, you will be the key point of contact for the National Sales Team and shall manage the Sales inbox, processing the information as required to the relevant parties. You will have a proactive approach to supporting a team and have the ability to capture and handle data accurately. You will have excellent organisational skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

Complaint Handler

With proven experience of working under pressure and to deadlines, you will log and investigate issues using Company systems. You will have the ability to prepare professional documents and the ability to understand complex issues to provide resolution to our customers at the earliest opportunity, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to capture and handle data accurately.


With a relevant degree, you will provide analysis for tariffs, pricing and risk. You will understand market opportunities and ensure that commercial decisions are fully informed. These roles are central to our activities, and provide an opportunity to use a range of economic, statistical and mathematical skills. You will enjoy problem solving and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

Graduate Opportunities

We offer opportunities for recent postgraduates, typically with a degree in finance, mathematics, sciences of engineering, to work on specific development projects or within one of our operational teams. You will have the ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, a high level of numeracy and an adaptable and flexible approach.

Technical Services Advisor – AYR

With previous Technical Services experience, you will log technical queries and investigate technical issues. You will have excellent communication skills and the capability to handle challenging situations whilst liaising with our meter reading team, wholesalers and other teams within the business to ensure issues are resolved in accordance with the Market Code. You will have experience using Microsoft Office and have the ability to understand and resolve complex issues.

Data Analyst – AYR

With previous experience within a similar role, you will create and analyze Management level reports and implement actions based on your findings. You will be responsible for supporting the Company’s billing function and measure and implement KPI’s. With attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, you will be a University Graduate with Data, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related background.

Test Analyst

With experience working directly with users and developers, you will execute tests and record the results accurately. You will be responsible for the interpretation of baseline specifications to produce test scripts and document the associated data. You will have an understanding and be capable of articulating testing principles and will have the ability to write and execute test scripts using industry standard tools.

Systems Architect

With previous experience of working in a technical environment, you will support the definition of the technical direction of Castle Water and design authority for key business critical systems project activities. You will be an experienced solutions architect and will be conversant with best practice security, technical and development standards. With knowledge of technology trends, you will guide the design of solutions throughout the project lifecycle through the selection and application of appropriate methods and standards.

Project Manager

With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a diverse range of software delivery projects, you will deliver key business/IS development projects across the Castle Water estate. You will have a broad exposure to governance and methodology and the knowledge of how and where to apply. With the ability to think outside the box, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, driving the execution of a series of business-critical projects.

Application Development & Support Team Lead

With a technical background and management experience, you will lead the Application Development and Support Team, whilst contributing to the development, test and support objectives of the IS Team. You will have experience of delivering projects within a software development environment and providing 2nd level support across a range of key business systems. With a track record in software development, you will offer the support and guidance required to support and assist developers at varied levels of experience.

Application Development & Support Analyst/Programmer

With the ability to work independently to investigate complex technical issues, you will be an experienced developer, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. With the capability to prioritise your own workload, you will deliver key system developments and provide 2nd level support for key business systems. You will interact with users as required through the development of critical business projects and resolve high priority system issues.
