We make switching easy and stress free. From Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, our dedicated and experienced team is on hand to guide you at all stages, from initial advice on switching to explaining your bill.
We will work directly with you to build a solid understanding of your business needs. Our customer and account management services are all delivered across the UK.
Through our framework of additional services, we can also advise you on how to minimise your water costs, and assist you in complying with regulatory requirements regarding technology and water quality.
We operate a direct debit scheme which falls under the Direct Debit Guarantee. This is the most cost-effective way of managing accounts, and provides lower bills for all our customers. Given the low level of variability in water supply for most customers, this gives fewer problems than in other more volatile utility markets.
Castle Water offers customer-driven contracts, up to 5 years, providing low and stable prices with efficient billing and payment, minimising your costs. We are committed to providing the highest standards of customer service through dedicated account managers. We have a robust complaints procedure in place to ensure that we can resolve any concerns or issues for you as soon as possible.
Castle Water was the first retailer to carry out bulk transfer of English customers and so we are highly experienced in switching large and multi-site customers across all industry sectors nationally.
