Castle Water is able to offer a Repayment Scheme to non-household customers who are having difficulty paying their bills as a result of Covid-19 and the lockdown.

Under this Scheme, affected customers may be able to spread their debts in equal installments over a period of up to twelve months, if they qualify for the Scheme. Customers who qualify for the Repayment Scheme are those that meet the requirements set by Ofwat as set out below:

  • Your premises have been temporarily closed during the lockdown and/or;
  • You are unable to pay your bill, as a consequence of the effects of Covid-19.

Please note, you must complete this online form as completely and as accurately as possible or we may not be able to fully assess and process your application. In order to ensure that the Scheme is targeted at those who require it, we may seek supporting evidence of payment difficulties.

To help customers still affected by Covid-19, we will not be carrying out disconnection visits, or enforcing late payment charges, to affected customers. Ofwat expects all other customers to pay their water charges when they are due.
