    1. A. We have now launched our secure 24/hr self-serve customer portal, MyAccount. With MyAccount, you can submit meter readings, view and download your invoices, view details of your premises and more. To register for MyAccount, please click here.

    1. A. Online payments can be made by debit or credit card here.
  7. Q. Can I pay my bill by Direct Debit?
    1. A. Yes. Please print and complete the relevant Direct Debit mandate for your business available here. A scanned copy can be emailed to: support@castlewater.co.uk or a hard copy sent by post to: Castle Water Limited, 1 Boat Brae, Blairgowrie, Perthshire, PH10 7BH.
  8. Q. When will you read my meter?
    1. A. Castle Water will take at least one meter reading each year. You can also submit a meter reading at any time.
