We’ve listened to your feedback and created a plan that allows you to pay for your business water and wastewater as you use them, meaning you’ll never pay in advance.

  • Never pay in advance – pay for your water services as you use them
  • Up-to-date billing – keep bills up-to-date with monthly meter readings
  • No more paper bills – e-billing is faster and easier than postal billing
Please note, the CinC plan is only available to existing Castle Water customers with a metered water supply in England, who do not require trade effluent services.

How does it work?

  • You submit a meter reading every month on MyAccount
  • We provide you with a bill via email, calculated using your last reading
  • You pay your bill in full, monthly by Direct Debit, within 14 days of receiving it

How to move to the Customer in Control plan

To move to the Customer in Control plan you must do the following:

  • sign up to Direct Debit by downloading our paper mandate here
  • agree to submit monthly meter readings on MyAccount, register here
  • clear any outstanding balance on your accounts before moving - click here for ways to pay

Once you’ve completed these steps submit a registration form here, and we’ll do the work to move you to the Customer in Control plan.
