We can reduce fixed charges for customers who were required to close during the lockdown between 16 March and 31 July 2020.

Ofwat ended the period of Covid-19 closure on 31 July so we are required to resume charging from 1 August onwards unless you have fully vacated the property.

Please note there will be no reduction in fixed charges for the November lockdown or for businesses closed due to government restrictions in specific sectors or regions.

Please use the form below to let us know when you closed and reopened your business premises.

If you have already made us aware that you were closed during the first lockdown but have not seen your fixed charges reduced, complete the form and we will review your account.

Please note metered consumption will still be charged.

Is this the first time you've told us that your business was closed? Please note Ofwat has decided that no customer can be treated as being closed due to Covid-19 after 31 July, and have now drawn a distinction between being closed and being unoccupied. For more information  read our latest blog.  A large number of our customers were closed during the lockdown and it’s taking time to recalculate bills. Have you previously informed us that your business was closed?
