In these situations, we will liaise with the Wholesaler (also known as the network operator) to have the meter issue resolved, as they directly own this asset. This means submitting all the information you provide, to your Wholesaler so they can survey, schedule, and supply an engineer to finalise the metering work.
Please note you should only request this service when you can sufficiently identify that your meter has a physical fault or has been removed, as any service request that is deemed unnecessary by the Wholesaler, may be chargeable. Information such as the following will assist:
