In these situations, we will need to arrange the meter owner (commonly known as the Wholesaler or Network Operator) to perform this service. They will then book appointments directly with you to survey and identify if the meter location can be changed.

  2. If the location of the meter is somehow unsafe or unfit for accessibility

Instances where this service may not be relevant to your query

  1. If the meter has been made inaccessible due to a third party that is not the Network Operator; please resolve these queries with said parties prior to requesting this service.
  2. If there’s water filling up the meter pit; there are several factors that cause water to enter meter pits, ranging from development faults and potential leaks to just simply the weather. Please troubleshoot these queries with a certified engineer prior to requesting the change of a meter location to ensure all other steps have been taken.
