What we can do to help

In these situations, we will need to arrange the meter owner (commonly known as the Wholesaler or Network Operator) to perform this service. They will then book appointments directly with you to survey and identify if the meter size or model can be changed.

When this service is relevant

  1. If you would like to change the meter model, but keep the same size
  2. If you would like to change to a smaller meter (downsize)
  3. If you would like to change to a larger meter (upsize)
