WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP

In these situations, we will work with both you and the Network Operator to schedule a disconnection of water services.

The criteria for successful temporary and permanent disconnection of your supply will be based on several factors surrounding the private supply arrangement, pipe size and depth and surrounding obstructions and access. Generally temporary disconnection will be the shutting off of an operable outside stop valve, and a permanent disconnection will require the supply pipe to be capped as close to the boundary of the premises as possible along with meter removal. A survey of the supply arrangement may take place before a permanent disconnection also.

Any necessary arrangements based on the above will be discussed directly between you and your Wholesaler (the network operator) when booking the disconnection service.
