In these situations, we will need to arrange the meter owners (commonly known as the Wholesaler or Network Operator) to perform this service. They will then book appointments directly with you to survey and identify if a meter can be practically installed.

When this service is relevant

  1. If your supply is previously/currently unmeasured
  2. If the private water network has been somehow revised, split or merged and a meter now requires installation
