The accuracy of your water bill depends on Castle Water receiving up-to-date meter readings. To supplement the readings which our specialised meter readers provide, we would encourage you to submit your own meter readings periodically. We will use your reading in your next bill to ensure it is accurate and allow you to budget with confidence.

For every customer meter read we use, Castle Water will donate £1 to Save the Children’s Emergency Fund. Castle Water is proud to partner with Save the Children and support their Emergency Fund. The Emergency Fund helps give children caught up in emergencies access to safe, clean drinking water when they need it most.
