Market Operator Services Ltd, the company responsible for developing and operating the 2017 competitive market for non-household water supply in England, has announced that Castle Water CEO John Reynolds has been appointed to its Board.
John has been elected to this role by water retailers from across England and Scotland, and will aim to ensure that development of market systems for England benefit from the experience already developed in Scotland.
