From extended call centre hours, dedicated webchat, and online self-help to key account meetings and business events, Castle Water makes it as easy as possible for customers to access the support they need when managing their business water and wastewater services.

As part of this commitment, representatives from our management team were delighted to meet with customers in London this week for our first Helpdesk event of 2020.

Offering tailored advice and support for businesses, these events are particularly popular with customers who want to speak in person about their bills or to learn more about matters such as trade effluent, leak detection or water efficiency.

Castle Water’s Head of Customer Services, Mary Haviland, said:

“Castle Water is committed to making business water and wastewater services hassle-free. Our aim is to deliver an excellent service, and we’re always keen to work with organisations in a way that meets their specific needs. Some customers find it helpful to meet with us and to work through any queries with an experienced member of our customer support team and the Helpdesk events provide the ideal opportunity to do this.”
