Following Castle Water’s acquisition of Invicta Water earlier this year, CEO John Reynolds spoke to The Water Report this month about the company’s rapid growth.

He noted that the company has “grown 20-fold a year for two years in a row,” – as well as his concerns for the wider market, including the risk of mis-selling, unjustified blocking of customer switching, and unenforceable wholesale charges.

Castle Water has saved customers £9m in wholesale charges; chalked up 4 and 5-star Trust Pilot reviews (and a positive report from the Cabinet Office on its work with the public sector); and resolved ten times more complaints than go to CC Water. Castle’s strategy and presence in the market will offer long term benefits for customers.
