The water market in England is changing
From 1 April 2017, you can now pay your water and sewerage services to a single supplier. All businesses in England, regardless of size, will be able to choose their water and wastewater retailer. This is similar to the way you can currently choose your energy or telecoms retailer. This is already in place in Scotland where there has been an open market since 2008.
