Charges for work carried out by the Wholesaler (Non-Primary charges)

Some of the activities Castle Water carries out for our customers require input from the Wholesaler. In some cases, the Wholesaler will charge for these services and Castle Water will pass on the charge to you.

Before we request a service where there may be a charge, we will ask you to confirm that you understand that charges may apply and to confirm that you agree to pay these if incurred.

Castle Water may charge a reasonable administration cost in connection with services provided by the Wholesaler or procured for customers by the Wholesaler, where there is no specified Retail charge.

If charges are incurred, these will be billed in line with Castle Water’s Scheme of Charges and the Wholesaler’s Tariff document.
