“Good communications. Good information. Looking forward to the next project. Castle Water customer services are very good at answering communications.”
Toby Ellis, Procurement Manager, Bradfield College
In November 2017, Castle Water achieved recommended supplier status in the first aggregated further competition, enabling participating public sector customers in England to access the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for the provision of water and wastewater services.
The framework allows public sector customers in England to switch to a single retail provider for their billing and account management services and secure their retail costs for 2-3 years.
“We are dedicated to deliver excellent service and real cost savings in the new competitive market and work closely with CCS to help achieve this for our growing number of public sector customers.”
John Reynolds OBE, CEO & Founder, Castle Water
Having switched to Castle Water through the framework, the partnership has benefited from competitive water rates, an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager, highly-rated customer support with experience to advise on a huge range of value-added services to help them get the most from their water services.
Following the switch to Castle Water through the framework, Bradfield College is set to save approximately £6,400 on their annual water bill, as they now enjoy a competitive rate reduction that will allow them to commit resources elsewhere and continue to deliver academic excellence.
