Consolidated billing provides a convenient way to receive and manage your multi-site costs in one simple invoice. This service is ideal for multi-site customers who wish to receive a single invoiced amount for all their water and wastewater charges, requiring just one single monthly payment. Standby water services

We take meter readings twice a year, or monthly if you are a large site or have a contract stipulating monthly reads. However, you can also provide additional meter reads yourself via our website (here) at any time.

Castle Water recovers over £13K in leak allowance for Verulam School
Award-winning customer service and fast leak repair
When a series of unexpected increased water bills indicated a leak, and call outs from private contractors were unsuccessful, Verulam School turned to Castle Water for support with leak concerns. Castle Water immediately organised a site visit to fix the unrepaired leak and completed a leak allowance application on the customers behalf. This resulted in Verulam School being granted a full leak allowance by their water network Wholesaler of over £13,600.
