For customers on a metered water supply, we offer monthly billing in arrears. Your bill is based on actual water usage, calculated from your monthly meter readings. If you provide regular meter readings, ideally before the 25th day of each month, we will use these to accurately calculate your monthly bill. With Direct Debit, payments will be automatically collected each month, helping you stay on track with ease.
