Meter reading alerts

We've improved validation for meter reading submissions in MyAccount, so you'll be notified if it looks like your submitting a reading that could be incorrect, and alerting you to potential leaks.

Email notifications

You'll get a helpful email notification to let you know when new letters and invoices are ready to view in MyAccount. So all you have to do is log in to find your latest communications.
