It’s time for your
water supply to evolve

Redefining the water industry

Introducing a new kind of water and wastewater network operator, providing you with a dedicated service, tailored specifically to you. If your site uses more than 50ML of water a year, Castle Water is able to replace your existing network owner (e.g. Thames Water) and provide you with a bespoke service, built around your needs with no change to your existing infrastructure. This can also deliver significant savings in water procurement costs.

We are now introducing our services as a water and wastewater network owner in order to provide our customers with:

By choosing Castle Water, you are choosing more than a network operator – you are opting for a partner that provides unmatched control, care, and efficiency in water and wastewater management.

Given what you’ve invested in your site, you need a water supplier that’s focused on you.

It’s now possible to have a dedicated water and wastewater network operator as well as choose your water and wastewater retailer. This gives large site owners the opportunity to choose a network operator that offers increased flexibility, tailored services, and a truly bespoke, customer focused approach.

Existing monopoly water and wastewater network operators are failing their largest customers due to lack of flexibility, slow responses to issues, and convoluted non-household market processes.
