Castle Water, the UK’s largest independent business water retailer, will sponsor the Cateran Yomp in aid of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity for the 4th year.

The event will take place over 24hrs from the 4th June, and is a grueling 54 mile hike across the tough foothills of the Cairgorm Mountains in Scotland.

The biggest and toughest event of its kind, the annual fundraiser exists to raise vital funds to support soldiers, veterans, and their families.

Castle Water are supporting the event by providing drinking water stations at the event hub in Blairgowrie, and along the 54-mile route to help keep participants, volunteers and employees refreshed and hydrated, all while reducing unnecessary single-use plastic waste.

While this is the fourth time Castle Water have supported the event, it is the first year that will see Castle Water employees take part in the event as 'Team Castle Water'.

Castle Water's Kevin McIntyre, Team Leader – Disconnections, and Dr Alex Murdoch, Technical Relationship Manager are determined to complete the 54-mile Yomp route to raise money for this fantastic charity.
