Castle Water wants to work with you through this incredibly difficult time. We will try to provide information and make sure you aren’t charged any more than you should be.

Many businesses and organisations have had to temporarily close. We should be able to reduce your water bills, or remove charges entirely if this has happened.

You can tell us about a temporary closure here.

You can tell us you’re still open but have reduced your activity by completing this form

It isn’t going to be possible for us to read meters regularly for a while, if at all – if you can send us meter readings, we can make sure you aren’t charged too much. You can send us meter readings here . You can find out more about reading meters, including tips from our meter readers here.

For every meter reading you submit, Castle Water will donate £1 to Save the Children’s Emergency Fund. Castle Water is proud to partner with Save the Children and support their Emergency Fund. The Emergency Fund helps give children caught up in emergencies access to safe, clean drinking water when they need it most.
