In October, Castle Water CEO, John Reynolds, announced that a major update was planned for the company's online customer portal, MyAccount.

The announcement was made as part of plans for significant growth and investment for Castle Water, the UK's leading independent business water supplier.

Yesterday, Castle Water successfully completed this update with the launch of MyAccount to its customers in Scotland. The successfully completed roll-out to Scotland customers means that MyAccount is now available to all Castle Water customers.

John Reynolds said of the achievement, “This is a significant milestone for Castle Water and for our customers. The roll-out of MyAccount to this final group of customers in Scotland is part of our long-term commitment to expand our online self-service options to give customers more ways to manage their account. There are great benefits to customers in using MyAccount, including access to information about how their business is using water. This information is valuable to businesses looking to better understand its water use to become more sustainable and reduce costs.”

This milestone follows more good news for Castle Water. As well as reaching 10,000 5-star Trustpilot reviews, the company recently won an award for its Customer Service Excellence.

Since the launch of MyAccount in 2018, Castle Water has consistently fulfilled ambitious plans to develop MyAccount’s functionality through continued investment. Recent updates improve capability of MyAccount for customers includes ‘Find my water meter’ and ‘Statement of Accounts’.

As well as being able to view and pay bills, customers can login to MyAccount to see account balances, submit meter readings, check account transactions, view consumption data, update account details and use the interactive map to find their water meter.
