We’ve upgraded your customer portal for Scottish customers to make it even easier for you to manage your Castle Water account online.
All you have to do is log in.
Managing your account through the Customer Portal allows you to view your bills, track your costs, and make updates in one place.
You can access your account at any time without needing to wait in a queue or call during busy periods.
Once we have registered your account, you will receive your login details via email. You can then login to the Customer Portal by clicking the button at the top of our homepage, or by visiting portal.castlewater.co.uk/login to login.
Submitting meter readings through the Customer Portal makes it easier to keep your account up to date.
Providing regular readings helps ensure your bills are based on actual usage, rather than estimates.
Yes. If you have multiple accounts with us, they will all be registered with an account.
Our customers have 24/7 access to the Customer Portal, so you can manage your account online, anywhere, anytime.
Yes. You can add additional users to by finding the ‘Manage Users’ tab and clicking ‘Create Contact’.
Go to the Meters tab, select View meters from the dropdown, then click Submit reading next to the meter you wish to add a meter reading for.
This will open a form where you can enter your reading and the date it was taken.
It’s easy to find your meter location in the Customer Portal.
Go to the Meters tab and select View meters from the dropdown.
Select the serial number of the meter you want to view. You will then be taken to a page showing the meter location on a map (if available), along with a location description and additional information.
Select Letters & Invoices from the left-hand navigation to view and download your Castle Water bills.
Select My Account from the left-hand navigation, then choose Account Overview to view your account balance, along with your next payment amount and date.
