The Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) has released its latest performance metrics for water retailers – and Castle Water has once again achieved the highest Market Performance Score (MPS) among the UK’s top 10 water retailers.

In June, we ranked first with an MPS of 98.10%, delivering both the highest number of completed tasks and the highest number of on-time tasks across the market.

In the latest results (July), our performance improved further to an outstanding 98.17%. This result confirms our position as the top-performing water retailer, setting the standard for reliability and accuracy in the business water market.
