Castle Water customers can now find their Statement of Account on MyAccount, Castle Water's customer portal.
The helpful new feature means that customers can now log-in to the portal to view their Statement of Account and see all account transactions.
The release follows a streak of recent updates to the portal and is part of Castle Water's commitment to expand its online self-service options to give customers more ways to manage their account online and avoid call waiting times.
Last week Castle Water launched Find your meter on MyAccount, an interactive map function that allows customers to locate their water meter. Castle Water also added Account Balances to MyAccount in March of this year.
Thousands of Castle Water customers are already using MyAccount to manage their accounts online, and it is just one of the many reasons that Castle Water has more 5-star Trustpilot reviews than all other water retailers combined.
*MyAccount is currently unavailable to Scotland customers that do not have Consolidated Billing or Trade Effluent. Customers not eligible for MyAccount can use our quick online self-service tools to pay a bill, submit a meter reading, or tell us they are moving premises.
