The recent heavy rain has caused the amount of sediment in water we take from rivers in Hampshire to be higher than normal and the large number of bursts following the freeze/thaw means Testwood water treatment works is having to work harder to treat the water before we can supply to our customers. We’re doing our best to find a technical solution to accelerate this process, but it may take some time.
You may have noticed that you have no water, or you’ve lost pressure, we’re really sorry for this. We’re working on a fix, but it may take some time. For updates you can follow Twitter or Facebook or check our website.
