Consolidated billing provides a convenient way in which to receive and manage your multi-site costs in one simple invoice. For multi-site customers we can also offer billing options that may be more preferential. If you wish to discuss this format of billing, for example you want to add supply points to a consolidated bill or receive all your bills at the same time each month, please contact us to discuss your billing preferences. Monthly Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bills and allows you to spread your water costs evenly over the year. Many customers choose to pay by monthly Direct Debit, just follow the quick and simple process here.
It is possible that we will not have to charge VAT on your water services, but we are unable to assess your position without your completed SIC form. Simply complete and return the SIC form.
We take meter readings twice a year, or monthly if you are a large site or have a contract stipulating monthly reads. However, you can also provide additional meter reads yourself via our website at any time
During weather-related water outages, or when leaks cause disruption to your water supply, we can provide standby water supplies to meet your needs.It is reassuring to know that you can access water wherever and whenever you need it.
