This sections shows a breakdown of all the payments we have received to your account since your previous bill.
This shows the type of payment we have received or credit applied to your account.
This shows value of the payment received or credit applied.
This shows date that payment was received and allocated to your account.
This table shows any Sundry transactions that have been applied to your account. Most of the descriptions should be self explanatory, but you can read more about these on the Transactions glossary.
These sundry charges can include any debits/charges for a variety of reasons, such as late payment charges, debt recovery charges, leakage allowances etc. You can read more about these on the Transactions glossary.
A negative figure indicates a credit to your account. A positive figure is the charge amount.
If the charge/credit is vatable, the amount will be shown here.
This will be an S or a Z. A Z indicates that VAT is applied to this charge with a zero rate. An S indicates that VAT is applied to this charge with at the standard rate of 20%.
The total value of the charge/credit including VAT.
The date this sundry transaction was applied to your account.
