Find your water meter on MyAccount

Castle Water have released a helpful new feature on its customer portal, MyAccount*, making it easier than ever before for Castle Water customers to manage their business water accounts online.

The new MyAccount function, called ‘Find your meter’, means that Castle Water customers can use an interactive map on MyAccount to locate their water meter in seconds, making it even easier to submit regular meter readings to keep bills up-to-date.

Along with the new ‘Find your meter’ function, MyAccount has everything Castle Water customers need to stay in control of their account, all in one place. Use MyAccount to view and download invoices, check your account balance, submit meter readings, update details, tell Castle Water you are moving premises, and access a range of FAQs.
