Ofwat recently published a letter on its website stating that 5 business water retailers have not been complying with the maximum price requirements and overcharged some customers.
The 5 retailers found to be overcharging are Business Stream, Everflow, SES Business Water, Water Plus and Wave. If any of these retailers supply your business water, you should check your unit prices are correct and in line with Ofwat’s regulations.
