New customer satisfaction surveys

  • Castle Water has now put in place a short customer satisfaction survey for all customer contact – email, webchat and phone – in order to identify and service shortcomings and address them immediately
  • Trustpilot score is 4.6, with 902 reviews over the quarter, 96% of our customer service reviews were 4 or 5 star. Castle Water is now among the top 2 highest rated water suppliers on Trustpilot
  • Castle Water’s next customer service clinic is on 30 January at Friend’s House, Euston. You can find out more and register for our customer service clinics here
  • Castle Water answered 65,420 calls in the quarter, with an average waiting time of 112 seconds.
