Castle Water has long held the title of the most reviewed UK water supplier on Trustpilot, and has more 5-star reviews on the platform than all other water suppliers combined. Rated 'Excellent' and with over 12,500 reviews, Castle Water's Trustpilot score remains a strong 4.5 out of 5.
Going the extra mile for customer service
In its latest customer service update, confirmed it had saved customers over £6 million during the pandemic in a market-leading initiative that was later adopted by competitors market-wide. Customer reviews on Trustpilot over the last 18 months demonstrate how Castle Water delivered timely, patient, and empathetic customer service to its customers during a very trying time for their businesses.
The water supplier recently confirmed it will continue to invest in its customer portal, MyAccount, and announced that a major update to the portal is imminent. Castle Water customers can use MyAccount to view their account balance, pay bills, submit meter readings, check account transactions, view consumption data, update details and use the interactive map to find their water meter.
