The winner of the Future Skills Award, sponsored by Castle Water, was revealed today at the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Business Champion Awards 2022.

Castle Water, the UK’s largest independent water retailer, was delighted to attend the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, Chamber Business Champion Awards 2022.

The awards, held today at The Carnoustie Golf Hotel, Carnoustie, Scotland, recognised businesses across the region for excellence in skills development, sustainability, digital innovation, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The event was kicked off by a warm welcome from Alison Henderson, CEO of Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce, followed by an engaging presentation from guest speaker, Hannah Ovens, Regional Product Manager, NCR.

The attendees enjoyed a luncheon prior to the awards ceremony. Four category winners were announced, including the Future Skills Awards, sponsored by Castle Water, and an Overall Business Champion Winner. The finalists for the Future Skills Award for 2022 were Street Soccer Scotland, Securitay and Carnoustie Golf Links.

The Future Skills Award 2022 winner is Street Soccer Scotland

Street Soccer Scotland provide a platform to enable real change in the most disaffected, disadvantaged vulnerable people in society. By using data and a bespoke service of active listening to its target groups and wider community, they are evolving a new model to tackle pre-existing stigma in a way that engages and motivates people to want a better quality of life. Congratulations to Street Soccer Scotland and to all the winners on a well-deserved victory at today’s awards.
