Submitting regular meter readings on MyAccount

You could be wasting money and water if you’re not reading your water meter regularly. The best way to ensure your water bills reflect your current usage, is to provide us with regular meter readings and the easiest way to do this is, you guessed it, on MyAccount.

If you haven't submitted meter readings for a while, there are many reasons your water bills may not reflect your actual usage. Have you been or are you still working from home? Are you operating with a reduced workforce? Or maybe you're still closed?

Submitting regular accurate meter readings on MyAccount will help to ensure your bills are up-to-date.
